As a member of ISCHR you will be able to ask these questions to other school HR professionals.

Whether you want help with something happening locally, or need specific advice from someone who has been through a similar experience, being a part of the community allows you to ask questions and receive answers from the global school HR community.

There will also be HR experts on hand to provide general guidance and advice to the school HR community on a range of subjects, all aimed at developing best practice especially tailored for schools.

So being a part of the HR community will give you others to get support from, HR experts to learn from and most importantly when needed, a shoulder to lean on.
